Returns Policy

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds, our returns process is a little different from typical retail.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you didn't receive it, let us know within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Change of mind

Because of the temperature-sensitive nature of these compounds, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped.
