Shipping Policy

We aim to get every order to your lab or home as quickly and discreetly as possible.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Most EU destinations receive their order within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Delivery to the rest of Europe typically takes 2–5 business days.

All orders are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.
